We offer high-quality products as well as helpful customer support. Please feel free to contact us for details. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 14 days (weekends included) on all hair extensions if you're not satisfied. Your happiness is our ultimate goal.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Customers are advised to complete exchange requests within 14 days of receipt (weekends included) in order to qualify for a store credit. We will pay for the shipping costs for any exchanges. We only exchange items that have not been opened. Any exchanges past the 14 day period will not be eligible for exchange.

CANCELLATION

a. There is no cancellation fee on orders placed within 24 hours.

b. Any cancellation for orders placed on our website over 24 hours will incur a 15% handling fee. All refunded returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

TWO CHOICES FOR A REFUND :

a. Store Credit Refund - $0 restocking fee for choosing store credit refund of your return. Store credit can be combined with any coupon code for a future order.

b. Monetary Refund - 15% Restocking Fee. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment used to purchase the item(s) up to 10 business days.
